HOW TO ORDER AN ORIGINAL ARTWORK

  1. Fill in and submit the form given below , We will get in contact with you shortly*.
  2. Discuss with the artist and confirm the details of your required artwork .
  3. Pay 40% of the total amount as advance to confirm your order*.
  4. You will receive a digital version of the artwork to get an idea about the result*.
  5. Final picture of the artwork will be shown to you before shipping .
  6. Full payment should be completed before shipping your product.
  7. Final product will be shipped to you via courier services you choose* by the deadline with a certificate of authenticity.

    1) Traditional calligraphy is done using ink and qalam on a particular paper and can be shipped in a roll bag or as glass framed.

    INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES CAN’T BE HANDLED DIRECTLY THROUGH THE WEBSITE YET DUE TO UNPREDICTABLE VARIATIONS IN SHIPPING CHARGE AND DUE TO THE DETAILED SHIPPING PROCEDURE (because all products measure and weigh different)

    • Please make sure you book your commissions ahead of time . One month time to work on the artwork is appreciated . Any urgent orders will be considered depending on the number of confirmed orders at that point of time.

    • Instagram direct message is also an easy way to contact the artist. Please make sure you ping there to get a faster response.

    • Your order is not considered confirmed until 40% advance payment is made.

    • Digital version and handmade original artwork might vary a bit due to obvious reasons.

    • You can’t cancel the order once the advance payment is made. Advance payment will not be refunded.

    • Final product will be safely packed from our side and shipped via a courier service of your choice. Courier charges will be included If it’s above a limit , which we will let you know beforehand.

    • Artworks will be send to you as rolled or stretched considering the shipping location and safety of the product.

    • Tracking code will be send to you. Shipping can take up to 5 – 12 days depending on your location.

    • Refund or replacement is not available on custom-made works.
